Company Pictures/Playground Entertainment for BBC

Nobody makes historical drama like the BBC; it is amazing and this series was amazing but I was emotionally invested in the program from the start because I was asked by three separate departments to be involved.  Personally I re-enact 16thC social life, so of course it massively interested me beyond professional boundaries.

Originally I was asked to make personal knives, dining knives and crossbows, then costume asked me to make leather pieces for the principles and then finally I was asked to teach and coach the principles in shooting longbows and well as providing the equipment and running the shooting and safety on the day.  Altogether a fabulous job.
